Even though Steve was born and raised in Colorado many miles from the sea, during some of his travels he picked up a dream of going sailing. The picture above shows Steve at the helm of Tantara, a 38 foot Lagoon catamaran, one cold autumn day off the coast of New England. The year spent aboard was wonderful. Life was full of good hard work, new experiences, new friends, and adventure. However, one year satisfied Steve's longing, so the boat was sold and the family looked for another adventure.
