In the 1950s
Lamb Sundries was a sundry store and soda fountain in Colorado Springs, Colorado owned by Norman and Frieda Lamb. The Lambs owned several other businesses over the years, including a music store, Christian book store, and Little Lamb's Nursery day care center.

LambSundries.com was started in 2007 by Norman and Frieda's grandson, Steve Lamb. Steve needed a unique web address that would describe a web site filled with miscellaneous objects and information.
Steve likes the idea of reintroducing a seldom used, but descriptive word (sundries) and building a link with the past.
